Lodge Hill offers a range of meeting rooms to suit all needs.
The Bradbury Meeting Hall can accommodate a maximum of 250 people on the lower floor [up to 280 if both floors used].
There are 4 syndicate rooms that break off from the main hall.It is ideal for the larger conference, concert or lecture. It has a full range of audio visual aids. On the upper floor there is a fully equipped IT Suite [Open Learning Centre]. Wireless Broadband is available in the Meeting Hall.
Smaller meetings and training events can be catered for in the main house in rooms for 12 to 40 delegates, and in the Studio, a smaller detached building for up to 50 people.
The Limerick Studio can be used either as a base for activities
or as a meeting room which will accommodate up to 50 people - the building was refurbished in 2006
The Oak Room is situated in the main house and is a delightful oak panelled room with views across the Wildbrooks. It can comfortably seat up to 40 people, or can be used 'committee style' for up to 25 people.
The Music Room seats up to 25 or 18 in 'committee'. It has the real benefit of being on the first floor, which enhances the view and gives a little detachment from the rest of the house.
The Library has a capacity of 20 and is on the ground floor making it ideal for less physically able visitors.
The Study is perfect for small meetings, or as a syndicate room. It can seat up to ten people.
Rooms can be booked for the whole day, morning, afternoon or evening sessions and any combination. We can provide for all your catering needs from cooked breakfasts to barbecues. Coffee, tea and biscuits can be provided throughout your meeting. A house speciality not to be missed is afternoon tea with home-made cakes.
We can supply a range of audio visual aids, from VCR's to Flipcharts and overhead projectors - please let us know what you need and we will endeavour to supply it!
Our Caterers provide home cooked meals with fresh ingredients daily. They are versatile and can accommodate all types of special diets and allergies, if notified in advance.
For Conferences over 50, buffets are prefered by our clients. Selections can be tailored to the individual needs of the group.
Working sandwich lunches with crudities & dips are also popular.
